Bakewell, Peak District
From £14.00
Kicking off our first trip of the year. Your students' union are delighted to take you on a visit to the charming towns of Buxton and Bakewell nestled in the beautiful Peak District, these destinations are brimming with local history, stunning landscapes, and, of course, plenty of delicious treats to sample.
We will be visiting Buxton first, famous for its natural mineral waters and stunning Georgian architecture. We will be finishing the trip in Bakewell, famously known for its delectable Bakewell Pudding. This delightful dessert, with its almond-flavored filling, is a must-try! Wander through the picturesque streets to discover quaint shops selling everything from handmade crafts to local delicacies.
Please meet us outside The Hubs at 09:15 as we will be departing the Hubs at 09:30am. If you are late for the trip, we will not wait; if you miss the bus home, you will need to make your own way back to Sheffield!
