SU Advice In-person Drop-ins - City
15 Oct 2026, 09:30–11:30
Howard Street 1, S1 2LW, Sheffield
Before You Attend a Drop-In
- Read our self help guides an information on our website first: Help and Wellbeing.
- Drop-ins are for initial information gathering and brief advice only.
- They last for a maximum of 20 minutes.
- If you already have an open case or enquiry, please do not attend a drop-in. Contact your adviser directly or wait for a response to your enquiry.
- If you need to share lots of documentation or information about your situation, please use our online form instead of attending a drop in.
- During busy periods, we may not be able to see every student. If this happens, please submit an enquiry online SU Advice.
The Advice Service is independent and does not make University decisions.
At a drop-in, we may:
- Provide information or initial advice.
- Signpost you to relevant services or self-help resources.
- Assess whether your enquiry requires ongoing casework support.
Please see our service agreement: Advice Service Agreement.
