Self care is so important with our profession... we cannot pour from an empty cup :) we can look after our mental health through getting fresh air and being creative!

Lets get out in the sunshine and have a walk around endcliffe park and join us for a picnic!

We will also provide some arty supplies and be inspired by the nature around us... there will be fun prizes!
