Workshop to make placards and banners for protesting university cuts.
Come join us to make placards and banners for our 'No Cuts' priority.
Our No Cuts policy states that 'students should have fully funded courses, with respect to the individual course, and support services that are adequately staffed, without fear of transfer, with HSU supporting them through the lobbying of SHU management and support of industrial action that defends student interest.
This session will give you the materials to express your feelings about the impact of external examiner changes at the protest taking place in Hallam Square on Saturday 28th February, as well as other campaigning activity around 'No Cuts'.
All you need to bring is yourself and a little creativity!
