A class where you learn various tricks, spins, floor work, poses, dance moves and much more! These classes allow you to learn pole at your own pace and practice moves under instructors' supervision which you may have seen on social media. Any pole / sportswear is fine (preferably exposed thighs and arms for extra grip). Suitable for all levels of pole!
