A night full of games, drinks, food and fun! There are plenty of activities to choose from such as bowling, crazy pool, ping pong and more! I'll ask for you all to vote for what game we book in the Hallam Gaming and Esports Society discord server and anything else we'd like to do we can book while we're there. You also get a free drink with the booking for ÂŁ10 per person!
Event policies
The Gaming and Esports Society promotes responsible drinking at all events. While attending the visit to Roxy Ball Room, participants are expected to drink in moderation and remain mindful of their behavior. Please be aware of your personal limits and avoid excessive consumption of alcohol.
Do not pressure others into drinking, and look out for the well-being of your fellow participants. If consuming alcohol, ensure you have a safe way to get home. Do not drive under the influence.
The society reserves the right to intervene if a participant's behavior becomes unsafe or disruptive due to alcohol consumption. Any such actions may result in being asked to leave the event and further review by the society committee.
