Forge Dam Walk…

On Sunday 5th October, Parasoc are running an introductory hike to the beautiful Peak District.

We have chosen a lovely 10km loop from collegiate campus, through Endcliffe Park and up to Forge Dam on the edge of the Peak District. This is a relatively flat walk and a good introducing to the nature we are surrounded by in Sheffield. There's also a very good cafe at Forge Dam! 

We will be meeting outside Collegiate Library at 10am and walk as a group from then. The hike will take approximately 1 hour each way and we aim to be back in Sheffield for 2pm. 

Although this is not challenging terrain, due to health and safety reasons you will need a coat, sensible shoes, and water.
