Fellwalking & Mountaineering (FMC) - Wales Trip…

This is a ticket for a mountaineering weekend in Wales, covering travel, instructor & accomodation expenses only.

Travel: Via volenteer drivers, all seats will be allocated at a later date as drivers are subject to change in the event of MOT failure, void car insurance ect. 

Instructor: This ticket includes includes a Saturday ascent of Tryfan & Glyder Fawr led by Tom Hopper & a secondary mountain leader with ClimbGB. As with all mountaineering trips, a baseline level of fitness is required and will be assessed individually to ensure group safety, if this baseline is not met FMC's committee reserves the right to refund your ticket.

Accommodation: Caseg Fraith ULMC Hut from Friday 17th to Sunday 19th April 2026. Accomodation is bunkhouse-style, so all ticket holders will be responsible for bringing a sleeping bag or blanket, towel, warm layers, and your own food and drink for the entire weekend, please see the attached kit list for further details.

Please expect to depart from Sheffield as early as 9:00am GMT on Friday 19th April 2026 and leave our accomodation in Wales as late at 16:00pm GMT on Sunday 19th April 2026. If you cannot commit to this schedule, do not buy a ticket.
