Get hands-on and learn how to make fresh traditional Italian pasta from scratch! 🇮🇹

Join FANS for a practical pasta-making workshop where you'll learn the basics of preparing, rolling and shaping fresh pasta, before enjoying the dishes you've helped create.

You'll have the opportunity to make:

🍝 Fresh traditional Italian pasta made with wheat flour and egg

🧀 Filled pasta with a ricotta filling

🍅 Pasta served with a tomato sauce

The workshop is a great chance to learn new cooking skills, explore Italian food traditions and meet other FANS members in a relaxed and social setting.

No previous pasta-making experience is needed — just come along, get involved and enjoy some freshly made pasta! 

⚠️ Allergen information: The fresh pasta contains wheat/gluten and egg. The ricotta filling contains milk/dairy. Please provide any allergies or dietary requirements when booking so we can communicate them to the kitchen team in advance.Please note photography and videography will be taken at the event. On the day of the event you will have the ability to opt out.Refund & Cancellation Policy

As ingredients and materials are purchased in advance based on ticket bookings, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or non-attendance once these costs have been committed.

If you can no longer attend, please contact FANS as soon as possible. Refund requests made before ingredients have been purchased will be considered where possible.

If FANS cancels the workshop, ticket holders will be offered a refund in accordance with applicable consumer rights and Hallam Students' Union policies.
