Fancy some books at student prices?! 3 books for £10 and the rest are donations of your choice! We're hosting a Thrifted Book Sale to raise some money for the Creative Writing Society next Tuesday!
Books, notebooks, stationary, and bookmarks! You can donate by purchasing a book at the stall or you can purchase donation tickets here on Native! If you'd like to donate some books towards the book sale, email: hallam.creativewriting@gmail.com to arrange a date one of our committee members can collect your donation. Or you can bring them to the sale on the day!
YOU DO NOT NEED TO BOOK A TICKET TO ATTEND THE BOOK SALE. TICKET SALES ARE AVAILABLE FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO DONATE EITHER;
EXTRA MONEY ON TOP OF ANY BOOKS THEY BUY OR SOME MONEY TOWARDS THE FUNDRAISER IF THEY AREN'T ABLE TO ATTEND OR BUY A BOOK.

Funding networking events and socials for our members.
Booking industry professionals as guest speakers.
Providing more writing opportunities and industry opportunities. (e.g. ZINE releases, open mics, writer showcase)
Providing resources and supplies to help with your degree and hobbies in creative fields (e.g. software, notebooks, textbooks)
There will also be a box where you can tell us any suggestions you have for how we can spend the money.
