Guest speakers

• Grace Moronfolu MBE - Director Carbonado Consultancy Ltd, creator of the Confident Connections Journey, and founder of the Criminal Justice Race Networks Alliance. Grace is a distinguished inclusion leader with a massive career in the Crown Prosecution Service and wider Criminal Justice System. She specialises in helping emerging talent navigate professional spaces with confidence, clarity, and authenticity.
• Faith Swiss-Ajiboye - Project Manager, entrepreneur, and founder of Grandeur Circle. Drawing from her own journey navigating career opportunities, Faith works at the intersection of community and inclusion, helping talent successfully integrate into professional spaces.
• Lawrence McEwen (Online) - Director of EST Applied Intelligence. Lawrence is a cybersecurity executive with over 20 years of experience leading major digital transformation programmes across technology, financial services, and critical infrastructure.
• Rachel Sosin (Online) - Leadership coach and founder of Six Degrees Strategy. Rachel has nearly 20 years of experience building high-performing teams and specialises in the "invisible architecture" of great leadership - helping people lead with intention rather than trying to fit into someone else's mould.
