Deadline to purchase your Remainder Ticket is this Friday, 9th May at 9am. 

There are no refunds for either the deposit or remainder payment unless the event is cancelled.

The ball is a black-tie event, and will take place on Friday 23rd May 2025 from 7-11pm.

The ball will take place at Mercure Spa, which is only a 3 minute walk from the city campus.

You can expect to be treated to a 3-course meal, a disco, as well as an awards ceremony, with more prizes towards the end!

Ticket price for student members will be £33 (£10 deposit + £23 ticket)

Ticket price for non-members and associate members will be £37 (£10 deposit + £27 ticket)

Venue is wheelchair accessible, with on-site parking.
