BHM - An evening with Ayo Akinwolere

Join us for an evening with Ayo Akinwolere, a former Blue Peter presenter, award-winning broadcaster, and proud Hallam graduate.

From making history as the first Black male presenter on Blue Peter to hosting major sports events for the BBC and Channel 4, Ayo's journey is a masterclass in versatile storytelling. He’ll share insights from his career, which includes presenting the award-winning Athletic FC Podcast and covering everything from the Premier League to the Winter Olympics.

This is more than just a talk; it's a chance to hear firsthand from one of broadcasting's most dynamic voices. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with an industry leader, be inspired by his path, and pitch your questions to an expert in their field.

Don't let the evening end there. Our Black Students' Social is happening directly after this event, so you can join us for both amazing events back-to-back!
